You can choose the zone while making Tadoba Safari Booking, but safari gates will be booked based on availability. We try to book the gates as per the convenience of our guests, but any gate can be allotted as per your selected zone. Gate booking always depends on the situation and time of booking.

Your hotel or resort booking can be confirmed by paying just 50% amount in advance. The remaining 50% can be settled at the time of check-in.

For safari bookings, it is important to give 100% payment in advance.

We are happy to say this to our guests that if you pay 100% in advance for the Tadoba Safari and stay, or for your package, then you may receive additional discount benefits.

All travelers have to pay applicable government taxes, surcharges, and fees that may apply at the time of booking or travel.

If the balance payment is not cleared in time, or if the traveler fails to pay dues, the advance amount will be forfeited, and all services will be cancelled without refund.

Whenever you book a room in a hotel on our website then we provide base category rooms by default. If you wish to upgrade your room, then it can be arranged at an additional cost that has to be paid directly by the hotel.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for booking confirmation after submitting the form and making the payment. Your booking vouchers will be shared via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy, as per your preference.

The check-in time at the hotel is 12:00 Noon, and the check-out time is 11:00 AM

Please note that we do not guarantee any specific safari zone. Zones are subject to availability and may be changed based on park allotments. The safari gate or zone can not be claimed as fixed.

The rates shared on our website for hotel, safari, or tour bookings will not be applied for long weekends, festivals, or holiday periods like New Year, Christmas, Holi, etc. During these times, special pricing is there and it will be shared accordingly.
