There are 2 zones inside the buffer category. You can make a Panna safari booking for Akola and the Jinna buffer zone. This is the outer area of the park, and you can spot many herbivores and species of birds in this area. Nature walks and gypsy safaris can be done in this area.
- The Jinna buffer zone is located close to the village area and allows tourists to enjoy a ride in the outer area of the forest. Here, sightings of animals like hyena, sloth bear, Jungle cat, and rusty spotted cat are possible.

When To Visit

Note : The park remains closed during the months of July, August & September because of heavy rainfall. The buffer zones might remain open during that time, so check with the park authorities.
